Monica 80 Magazine

I met Mum in 2010 during ChrismMass. I was sitting in front of her, and I was dancing to every song that was raised, andMum told me not to be overjoyed. From that day, she kept me in her bosom. MumMonica was the spirit backing my vocation. She kept on encouraging me to run the race to finish. I owe part of my priesthood to her. Her favourite phrase is “NYAMEBƐ YƐ.” She touched my life deeply when she gave me a wheelchair for my granny. Her kindness has no boundaries. I also remember the funny moment when she came to the seminary, and I was feeling shy to dance because she had already warned me not to be overjoyed, but I couldn’t and jumped onto the floor. You are prayerful, kind, and caring. I thank you for your love for me and my family. On her 80th birthday, may the good Lord continue to bless her with long life full of good health. May her presence continue to bring good fortune to us and also be our motivation to trust in God, as she has always been doing. Love you, Mum. Rev. Fr. Anthony Darko AuntieMonica has always been a dedicated member of the choir and has never given up on it, even when she had every reason to. Her commitment has contributed greatly to the life and growth of our society. She is sociable, and this has enabled her to build good relationships with all members of the choir. Her warm nature has helped create unity and harmony among us. There has never been a time when her actions or words have challenged the society in a difficult way. Happy 80th Birthday. We pray that God will bless her with long life, good health, and continued strength. May He guide and protect her always. Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Choir The Birthday Journal 185
