MrsMonica Asante is a very affable person, always offering advice to the young ones. She is always with the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Choir, singing, dancing, and playing a kind of instrument. Even when her choir is not singing and she is present, she will join the other choir in singing. She is very passionate about our Annual and is heavily involved in various groups’ s for the year: Pax , Children and Youth , as well as Adult . On the lighter side, she is supposed to be my “Sweetheart,” but since she has numerous sweethearts in the chaplaincy, including those I consider my “fathers,” I am planning to let her go. AuntieMonica cares for the priests of the chaplaincy, inviting us for lunch and bringing us food and other gifts. She is always encouraging us and shows gratitude for how we have worked hard to serve God’s people. At the time we were putting up the Chaplaincy Chapel, AuntieMonica loaned me a huge sum of money to enable us to complete the building. The money was later refunded with no interest. She had requested to stay anonymous with this gesture, but I amwilling to take the beating, as she deserves the acknowledgement and our sincere gratitude.
