Amiko ehh, What I truly love about you is how warm and affable you are. From our Law School days right up to now, you have always been the Resource Person of our group. If anyone needs a legal authority on any subject and can’t find it, all we have to do is call Amiko. You are always the first to post the latest Supreme Court judgment of interest or the newest Act of Parliament on tax and financial matters on our Law School Class of 2005 platform. I will always cherish our Law School days—from the Faculty to GSL— when we gathered under the trees after lectures, sharing hilarious jokes and debating all manner of topics with friends like Henry MylesMills, Kimathi, Julio de Medieros, Juliet Kutin, Paul AdomOkyere, and others. Thank you for always being there for our Law School Class of 2005. I wish you the very best in the life ahead. May the Good Lord continue to raise you to higher heights. May you soar to become a national asset, all to the glory of God. Kofi Bosompem Amico, One of my favourite memories goes all the way back to 1992 at Burma Camp, Accra. You were my go-to music guy. All I needed to do was hand you a blank cassette, and before I knew it, the whole neighbourhood was calling me the local DJ. One thing I absolutely love about you is how ridiculously dependable you are. Yes, you are busy—booked, blessed, and stressed busy. Your time is precious, guarded, and probably insured. But once you commit to helping someone, you deliver nothing less than first-class, fullstrength, no-water-added excellence. Thank you for pushing me to write, for patiently reading through my not-so-amazing early attempts, and for connecting me to my current publisher when I finally found my groove. I’ve promised you your share when the cash starts flowing— but knowing you, you’ll probably just settle for a bro-hug. I wish you long life and good health, because the world genuinely needs more people like you sticking around. I wish you deep peace of mind, because that brilliant brain of yours deserves a calm, stress-free environment. And of course, I wish you more credits than debits in your bank account—forever and always. Chris Kusi-Appiah Amiko, Thank you for always being ready to offer business advice; it never goes unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. I truly love how calm and family-oriented you are. Every moment with you is full of fun, and the kids are always so happy whenever we visit Accra—they really adore you. Wishing you a golden celebration filled with love and wonderful moments. May the next chapter of your life be even more blissful and filled with God’s favour. More love. Adobea Clement Amico weh, I admire your intelligence; you truly know something about everything. Whenever I need to understand a new concept, you are my Google— explaining it clearly, practically, and with so much patience. And the best part is that you genuinely love to teach. I’ve known you since October 2015 when I joined your firm as a young lawyer, and the memories since then are countless. One of my favourites is you at firm parties—on your feet from start to finish, and still full of energy at the after-party. Unforgettable. Thank you for the many informal lectures, the constant guidance, and especially for giving me lifts home for almost a year until I got my first car. Those car rides laid the foundation of the friendship we share today. Happy Birthday, Amico weh. Happy Birthday, Onyintus. Yes, you’re officially old—but we thank God for that blessing. I pray we both live to see the next 50 years so I can still watch those legendary dance moves at 100. Wishing you good health, continued success, and overflowing goodwill. Esther Koomson President Akafia, I love your positive energy, which is uplifting and contagious.I fondly remember how we largely set up the East Legon Hills Residents Association together, with you as the first President. Even the discussion that led to naming our community was thoughtful and intentional, and today, those ideas have grown into a strong and respected community. Thank you for witnessing the documents for my land purchase in 2012. When the landowners tried to resell it years later, your properly witnessed documents spoke louder than words. Their faces said it all. On your special 50th birthday, I wish you joy, good health, and continued growth in your career and businesses—so you continue to make even more money.
