Annette Herrmann-Condobrey Juliet exemplifies hardworking, smart, and responsible. Reflecting on our time in high school in Ghana, I recall her little stubborn self pestering me at every opportunity. I can vividly see her running around campus, going up and down the hills, warmly dressed in a sweater against the cold, foggy mountain weather. May she continue to enjoy the sweet fruits of her labor. Esi Newton Juliet is kind and helpful, and she has left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Ah, the nostalgia of our “partners in crime” days! I can’t help but smile when recalling the times we listened to Michael Bolton’s “I Said I Loved You But I Lied” on repeat at your house in Tema. Those were the days! As you celebrate another year of life, I wish you all the best things that life has to offer. May you be blessed with long life, good health, more wisdom, grace, peace, and everlasting joy. Happy Birthday, and here’s to many more wonderful memories! Nana Adwoa Konadu Juliet is an incredible blend of intelligence, love, and beauty, all while maintaining a down-to-earth demeanor that I truly appreciate. One of the many things I like about her is the joy we shared dancing to “The Return of the Mack” at various places in Tema C10. Wishing you not only more wealth but also excellent health. May this year bring you an abundance of joy, success, and unforgettable moments. Happy Birthday! 51 The Birthday Journal
