natural world goes beyond appreciation; it extends to a profound sense of responsibility to care for and protect it. The harmonious relationship between agriculture and the environment is a cause dear to my heart Expanding upon my parents’ orange orchard, I’ve ventured into organic crop and animal farm development. This endeavor allows my discerning clients who visit the farm for recreation to immerse themselves in the farm experience—harvesting produce, collecting poultry eggs, hock fishing from the pond, feeding of animals, and engaging in outdoor cooking of fresh harvests from the fields,. The pride of my farm includes a collection of geese and peacocks, pivotal in fostering my love for animals and deepening my appreciation for nature and farming. Beyond personal satisfaction, my commitment extends to the community. The introduction of high milk and meat-producing goats to the farm aims to benefit local orphanages. The dedication to supplying these orphanages with nutritious fresh milk reflects my commitment to giving back to my community and the less privileged. The God factor I am a spiritual person, born into the Presbyterian faith. Life’s experiences have brought me closer to God, leading me to frequent church attendance. In the past, I took God for granted, feeling as if everything came effortlessly. My mantra was, “Nyame ahyira me” – God blesses me. I believed prayer was unnecessary since everything I touched seemed to work seamlessly. “ 38 The Birthday Journal
