Managing my own small company has allowed me to learn various aspects, from proposals to finance, running operations, and fostering internal growth. It has become the best thing to happen in realizing my dreams. I love the environment, culture, people, my team, and the work we’ve created together. In just a few years, we’ve elevated our experience to compete with well-known and successful travel and tour operators in Ghana. As I ascend through the ranks within the corporate space, I believe I represent women in business and those aspiring to establish their own businesses. Despite my busy schedule, I managed to earn an Executive BA Certificate from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA). I’ve traveled globally, attending seminars and trade conferences, aiming to provide excellent service to my clients. Growing up with my grandmother shaped my empathy for those in need, as she was a giver and helper. I’ve always found ways to give back to those less fortunate, reflecting my own journey. That’s my gratitude! Everyone has a unique story and coping mechanism. Everyone requires support and help. To me, being a good leader is about being empathetic, transparent, true to oneself, and a good listener. As a matured executive and leader, I believe I have the platform to do a lot of good, utilizing time, energy, and resources to give back. In terms of my legacy, I aim to focus on ensuring every girl child has the opportunity to emerge as leaders in the future. As I continue my journey, there’s a topic that resonates deeply with me—the safety I feel around the farm and animals. Since my childhood days in Kyebi, a profound passion for nature has been ingrained in me. The rhythm of nature, from the enchanting forest to the majestic mountains and valleys, has always captivated me. The undulating contours, nourished by crystal-clear water from converging streams, create a symphony that brings me unparalleled peace and inspiration.
